Hi, here we are !
We = Elisabeth, Torsten four of our chilrdrenbarn that still lives at home. Dessutom 4 wonderful buhund-girls.
A fast presentation of us:

Elisabeth has always been a "dog-girl" and had her own dog since primary school. Likes alll activities with dosgs and participates with pleasure in courses with "dog-theme". Everything from breeding, genetics to agility.

Torsten "The photographer" grew up with dogs and is interrested in most things according to dogs. We help each other with dogs and puppies.

Maria: trains many things with the dogs, but she prefers obedience and agility, At dog-shows she's our best handler, you can call er a "real dog-girl".

As the dogs lives with us in the house as members of the family, the other kids also helps out in taking care of the dogs.

All of us at Gnipagrottnas defend the breed of Norwegian Buhund. We are active in our lokal club

Here we are in front of our house

After all years as dog-owners, to both one and several dogs at the same time in different breeds, we decided that th Buhund is the dog we prefer, and so our next planed dog became one more of the same breed. Prillan were getting old and so were our Golden Retriver Hulda.

We went to Gugners and bought Sally, Gugners Ingeborg. Soon we wanted one more buhund, and we decided tha Sallay should have puppies. After X-ray of the hips and her eys were checked, both with no remarks, we started to look for a daddy to the puppies.
We chosed Borelands Jack and after some time, 6 adorable puppies were born, at our daughters birthday. From that litter we kept Ruth (Elvetorps Ruth) at that time we were partners in the Kennel Elvetorps. We wanted more! (Elisabeth participated in a course for breeders some years ago) We got our own kennel-name and it was Gnipagrottans.

Now we also have Kakan that is daughter toRuth.
New blood is good for the breed. That's why we took the long trip to Haugesund in Norway and got our little Emma. She's from Kennel Kimura.

My daughter, Maria 16 years old, is also interrested in dogs, just like me.
She trains and compeets with the dogs in obedience and Agility.
As a handler in the show-ring she's brilliant.

Breeding has always interrested me, I work for the keeping of this wonderful breed healthyness. That's why I only use dogs with hip joints without remarks and dogs checked for PRA in my breeding.
As well I strive to attain the lovely temper that the Buhund is enriched with.

Gnipa-Cave: There is a cavern in Asgard called Gnipa Cave, which serves as the entrance to the underground road from Asgard to Hel, known as the Helway. This road is a passageway through an interdimensional nexus connecting the two realms. Gnipa Cave's entrance is guarded by the immense Hellhound named Garm, who is held to his post by mighty chains. Germ, who is capable of speech, allows the living to enter the Helway, but will attempt to prevent anyone from leaving Hel by this route except his mistress, Hela.
